Natalie Rowland
Atlanta Family Law Attorney
Decisions about divorce, parenting, and finances can shape your life long after a case ends. I help you understand your options, weigh the tradeoffs, and make informed decisions about what comes next.
You work directly with me.
I provide the legal advice, shape the strategy, and remain responsible
for the major decisions in your case.
What I Handle
I represent clients in matters involving:
Divorce
Complex Divorce & Asset Division
Child Custody & Parenting Plans
Alimony & Child Support
Modifications & Contempt / Enforcement
Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements
Family law issues often overlap. A divorce may involve parenting arrangements, support, a business, or retirement savings. I consider how those issues affect one another, so a decision about one does not overlook the consequences for another.
Why People Hire Me
Important family law decisions rarely come with perfect choices. A proposed settlement may offer financial certainty but require compromises elsewhere. Continuing a dispute may be worthwhile—or cost more than it is likely to achieve.
I help you examine those choices in light of your priorities, your finances, and your family’s needs. My role is to give you a considered recommendation, explain the reasons behind it, and help you decide how to proceed.
How I Work
I start by understanding what needs to be resolved, reviewing the relevant records, and identifying the questions that need answers. I explain the legal process in plain English so you understand what we are doing and why.
When negotiation can produce a workable agreement, I pursue it with careful preparation. When issues require a court’s decision, I prepare to present your position and the evidence supporting it. As the case develops, I keep you informed about what has changed and what we need to address next.

What Types Of Family Law Matters Do You Handle?
I handle divorce, including cases involving complex assets, as well as child custody, parenting plans, alimony, and child support. I also handle requests to change or enforce existing orders, contempt proceedings, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Will I Work Directly With Natalie?
Yes. You work directly with me on the legal issues in your case. I provide the advice, develop the strategy, and help you evaluate important decisions. My team handles initial inquiries, scheduling, and intake.
Do You Try To Settle Or Do You Go To Court?
I pursue a negotiated agreement when it can reasonably address the issues and your priorities. If important issues remain unresolved, I prepare to present your case in court. I explain the strengths, risks, and likely costs of each approach so you can make informed decisions.
